CPR, Emergency First Aid and Standard First Aid can all be delivered in a blended format. Take the first portion of the course through a secure virtual site at your own pace and attend and in person skills session at a later date saving you money and productivity time!
Level A CPR is approximately 4 hours and includes choking and AED for adults. Level C CPR includes care for children and infants and runs 5 hours.
1 day EFA includes CPR/AED along with scene management, infection control and patient assessment.
SFA is 2 days and builds on EFA to include more advanced topics such as spinal injuries, head injuries, burns, medical conditions, fractures and poisoning.

Designed specifically for those who work in a marine environment, this first aid course focuses on situations found on board vessels. Based on Standard First Aid, this course meets Transport Canada requirements for employment on board a vessel and includes CPR.
There are 2 versions of this course, 8 hour Basic Childcare and 16 hour Standard Childcare which goes into more details and scenario based practice. The course is specifically designed for those working in the childcare industry and may be required by employers.
20 hour course for outdoor enthusiasts who need that little bit of extra training beyond standard first aid. Designed for personal use on shorter trips with friends and family. Includes CPR C
This first aid course is designed for those who are responsible for leading groups into remote areas. CPR is a pre-requisite for this 36 hour course but it can be delivered as an add on. Covers all material from BWFA and includes group dynamics, wound management and other topics related to leadership.
This 80 hour course is designed for those who are designated rescuers in remote areas. Back country canoe camps, remote work sites, search and rescue team members would benefit from this certification. This is a thorough first aid course, CPR is included.
